Water and Fire

Body Art

I had my first taste of painting people when Voices Against Violence asked me to give it a try at a fundraiser. They purchased me my first kit and I have been in love with painting people ever since. Though I can often be found painting faces at family events and kids parties, my favorite style is to bring a work of art to life on a canvas of skin.

When someone trusts me enough to cover with color their exquisite form it can be an intimate and transformative experience for both painter and model. When shivers and nervousness fade to flowing confidence and grace I know I've accomplished what I intended: to show you just how stunning you truly are!

If you would like to hire me for a kids party, family event, or to perform live body painting, contact me for more details.

I am always searching for models for both events and studio work. If you think you'd like to lend me your skin, please get in touch! Male, female, all body types welcome!

Imagination

Jewelry

I began creating traditional friendship style bracelets when I quit smoking in April of 2011. It gave me something else to do with my hands and the repetative almost meditative act of tying the knots helped to keep my mood calm. I began selling these creations at Better Planet: Books, Toys, and Hobbies, soon after. Since then my jewelry crafting has expanded into beaded and multi-medium peices including bracelets/anklets, necklaces, and earrings. I even craft my own polymer clay beads. A lot of hard work goes into each unique peice and I welcome custom requests!

Head to Better Planet (Main Street St. Albans) to check out their selection of my traditional friendship bracelets, or see what I currently have to offer in the store!

Digital Art

Armed with a pen tablet, the Adobe CS5 Suite, and years of design experience, I bring these digital creations to life. Many of them are composites of traditional mediums, photography, and digital manipulation. Often they are stylized self-portraits to bring a particular moment of time to life.

You can see many more examples of my digital art in the Gallery and purchase prints in the Store.
